Fawley Farms currently manages around 10 sow units.  We are always reviewing these and looking for further sites for outdoor pigs.  We are interested in farmers with land to rent for outdoor sows and also farmers to become a logister for us.

Each herd comprises of approximately 750 sows and is run by three men with some additional help at busy times.  To maintain a high quality and consistent product we have a very strict breeding programme which is produced from our own pig breeding farm.  This is based on the grandparent stock being Landrace X Duroc and the female from this cross is artificially inseminated with semen from a hybrid meaty boar to produce the final butcher’s pig.
